The NFPA Claims Program is one of the oldest and most utilized NFPA benefits FOR PROCESSOR MEMBERS ONLY. Seventy-five percent of our larger members utilize the program, and many of our smaller members, as well.
The mission of the Claims Program is to protect and enhance the reputation of the processed food industry by resolving food liability claims that have merit and aggressively defend those that do not.
